Who is allowed to purchase from Pinnacle Peptide Labs?
Only individuals or organizations involved in legitimate laboratory or institutional research. Customers must be at least 21 years old. Orders suspected of improper use or fraudulent activity will be denied.
Do you verify customer information?
Yes. We reserve the right to request documentation, identification, or lab affiliation before fulfilling an order if anything appears suspicious or inconsistent.
Do you accept order cancellations?
Cancellations are only allowed if requested before the order ships. Once a label is created or a package enters carrier possession, the order cannot be canceled.
What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. We may add or remove payment options at any time based on processor requirements.
Why was my order declined?
Orders may be declined for incomplete information, suspected misuse, failed verification, fraudulent activity, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Do you ship internationally?
No. Pinnacle Peptide Labs ships within the United States only.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders generally process within 1–2 business days. Delivery speed depends on the carrier used. Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes. Tracking information is emailed automatically once the order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.
What if my package is marked delivered but I cannot find it?
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for stolen packages, misdelivery, or errors caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
What if my package is lost during transit?
If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation. Final resolution depends on the carrier.

Are your products sterile?
Unless clearly labeled otherwise, products are not sterile. They are not intended for injection or any form of human administration.
Do your products come reconstituted?
No. All peptides are supplied as lyophilized powders unless otherwise noted.
Are your products intended for human or animal use?
No. All products sold by Pinnacle Peptide Labs are strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not approved for human or veterinary use under any circumstance.
Do you provide instructions for reconstitution or use?
No. We do not provide instructions, guidance, protocols, dosages, or usage information of any kind. Customers are expected to have appropriate research knowledge and laboratory qualifications.
How should the products be stored?
Unreconstituted peptides generally require cold, dry storage, typically at –20°C. Once reconstituted, stability varies by compound. Customers must follow appropriate laboratory storage practices.
Why does appearance vary from vial to vial?
Lyophilized peptides naturally vary in appearance based on amino acid structure, molecular weight, and the lyophilization process. Variations in color, texture, or “fill level” do not indicate purity issues.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes. All products are tested by certified third-party laboratories. COAs are available to verify identity and purity of each batch.
What is your Purity Guarantee?
All products meet or exceed the stated purity at the time of shipment. If a customer believes a product does not meet the advertised purity, they may submit the unopened product to one of our approved laboratories within 14 days. If purity is confirmed below 98%, a refund or replacement may be considered at our discretion.
Can I use my own lab for purity testing?
No. Only test results from approved laboratories are accepted due to verification and chain-of-custody standards.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

Do you accept returns?
No. Due to contamination risk, strict handling requirements, and regulatory considerations, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging, shipping label, and product. Verified cases may be corrected at our discretion.
What if my product was exposed to heat or cold?
We are not responsible for products affected by environmental conditions during transit or after delivery. Customers should take weather into account when ordering temperature-sensitive items.

What happens if I file a chargeback?
Customers who initiate chargebacks for valid, fulfilled orders will be permanently banned. All order records, tracking history, and product documentation will be submitted to the payment processor during the dispute. Fraudulent disputes may be reported to relevant fraud databases.
Why do you enforce a strict chargeback policy?
Chargeback abuse is a significant problem in the high-risk research chemical industry. Our strict policy protects our business, our legitimate customers, and our ability to continue operating.
