PEPTIDE CALCULATOR
Instant peptide mcg → units converter for U-100 insulin syringes.
Select your vial size, bacteriostatic water, and desired dose to see exactly which syringe marking matches your research protocol.
For research use only.
It is not medical advice and not intended for human or veterinary use.
How to Use the Pinnacle Peptide Labs Dosage Calculator
STEP 1 - Choose Your Syringe
Select the U-100 insulin syringe you’re using: 0.3 mL (30 units), 0.5 mL (50 units), or 1.0 mL (100 units).
This tells the calculator how many units are available on your syringe so it can map your dose to the correct line.
STEP 2 - Set Vial & Water
Enter the total peptide content in the vial (mg) and how many milliliters of bacteriostatic water you used to reconstitute it.
The calculator uses this to determine the concentration in mcg per mL for your specific vial.
STEP 3 - Pick Your Dose
Choose your desired dose in micrograms (or type a custom amount).
The result shows exactly which syringe unit marking to pull to for that dose, based on your vial and reconstitution settings.

Correct Peptide Reconstitution (General Guide)
THE INFORMATION BELOW IS A GENERAL EDUCATIONAL GUIDE ONLY.
1. Determine vial content (mg).
Confirm how many milligrams of peptide are in the vial (for example 5 mg, 10 mg, or 15 mg).
2. Decide on total volume (mL).
Choose how many milliliters of bacteriostatic water to add based on your desired concentration and research protocol.
3. Reconstitute slowly.
Use a sterile syringe to gently inject bacteriostatic water down the side of the vial, not directly onto the powder.
Swirl—DO NOT SHAKE—until fully dissolved.
4. Store appropriately.
Most peptides are stored refrigerated after reconstitution. Refer to each product’s research documentation for specific storage guidelines.
5. Use the calculator for dosing.
Enter the vial amount (mg), total bacteriostatic water (mL), and desired dose (mcg).
The calculator shows the corresponding U-100 syringe units for that dose.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Answers to the most common questions about using our peptide calculator for research purposes.
Is this calculator intended for medical use?
No. This tool is provided exclusively for laboratory research and educational purposes.
It is not medical advice and is not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease.
What type of syringe does this calculator assume?
This calculator is based on U-100 insulin syringes, where:
• 1.0 mL = 100 units
• 0.5 mL = 50 units
• 0.3 mL = 30 units
This allows the calculator to map your selected dose directly to the correct syringe unit marking.
Can I use this calculator for any peptide?
Yes — mathematically the tool will work for any peptide.
It only needs:
• vial size (mg)
• added bacteriostatic water (mL)
• desired dose (mcg)
Always verify calculations and follow research documentation for each specific compound.
What if my vial size or water volume is different?
Use the “Other” option under vial quantity or bacteriostatic water volume.
Enter your custom values and the calculator will automatically adjust your concentration and dose.
Can the calculator tell me which peptide to take or what dose I should use?
No. Pinnacle Peptide Labs does not provide medical guidance, dosing recommendations, or usage instructions.
All products are sold strictly for research use only.
Why does the calculator show syringe units instead of mL?
U-100 insulin syringes measure units, not milliliters.
Using unit markings makes dosing more precise and prevents mistakes when working with microgram-level peptides.
