At Pinnacle Peptide Labs, we maintain strict quality-control standards and handle all products in accordance with cGMP manufacturing and research-use-only protocols. Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory materials, all sales are considered final.

1. All Sales Are Final
Research compounds cannot be returned or restocked after leaving our facility. For safety, purity, and contamination-control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstance.

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please email info@pinnaclepeptidelabs.com with the following:

• Full name
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of product, packaging, and shipping label

Reports received after 24 hours cannot be honored due to verification requirements.

Once reviewed, replacement items may be issued for verified issues.

3. Purity and Quantity Guarantee
All Pinnacle Peptide Labs products undergo third-party COA verification and meet or exceed ≥99% purity before shipping.

If you believe a product does not meet advertised purity or quantity, you may submit a third-party analytical test from one of the following approved independent laboratories:

• Freedom Diagnostics
• TrustPointe Analytics
• MZ Biolabs
• Janoshik Analytical
• Prime Laboratories

To qualify:
• Testing must be performed using unopened, sealed vials from the original shipment.
• Chain-of-custody or sample verification must be provided.
• Testing must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.

If an approved lab report shows:
• purity below 98%, or
• vial quantity significantly underfilled

a full refund or replacement may be issued at our discretion.

4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if the request is received before the order has shipped.
Once an order enters fulfillment or has been handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, email info@pinnaclepeptidelabs.com immediately.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Pinnacle Peptide Labs is not liable for:

• packages stolen after delivery
• misdeliveries caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout
• delays caused by the carrier

For undelivered packages, an investigation may be initiated with the carrier. Resolutions vary by carrier policy.

6. Fraud Prevention and Chargeback Policy
We protect our business and customers from fraud, theft, and unauthorized activity.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid, fulfilled order is considered fraudulent activity.

Policies regarding chargebacks:
• Customers who file chargebacks without contacting us first will be permanently banned from purchasing from Pinnacle Peptide Labs.
• All supporting documentation, tracking, photos, and COAs will be submitted to your bank or processor as part of our dispute response.
• Fraudulent or abusive disputes may be reported to the appropriate authorities or merchant monitoring systems.

7. Customer Responsibility
By purchasing from Pinnacle Peptide Labs, you acknowledge and agree that:

• all products are for laboratory research use only
• products are not for human or animal consumption
• you are responsible for providing accurate address and contact information
• product degradation due to improper storage (temperature, light, handling) is not refundable
• we may require verification of your affiliation with a research institution
• any suspected misuse may result in cancellation of current or future orders
