These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of the Pinnacle Peptide Labs website located at www.pinnaclepeptidelabs.com (“Site”). By accessing or using the Site, including placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all referenced policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and professionally engaged in laboratory, institutional, academic, or scientific research. By purchasing from Pinnacle Peptide Labs, you represent and warrant that you meet all legal requirements and are qualified to purchase, handle, and store research compounds. Any purchase made without proper qualifications may constitute a fraudulent act for which you, and not Pinnacle Peptide Labs, are solely responsible. We may require verification of your affiliation and may refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Research Use Only
All products sold by Pinnacle Peptide Labs are intended strictly for laboratory in-vitro research use only. Products are not for human or animal use or consumption. Products are not drugs, foods, supplements, cosmetics, medical treatments, or devices. Products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease. We do not provide instructions, recommendations, reconstitution guidance, dosing information, or application suggestions. Requests for such information will be denied.

3. Payment Terms
Customers paying by e-Check/ACH authorize Pinnacle Peptide Labs to initiate a single debit transaction for the amount of the order. Payments processed after 11 PM Pacific Time will be applied the next business day. Once authorized, ACH transactions are final and cannot be modified.

4. Use of the Website
You may view or print materials from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, or display any Site content without written permission. All intellectual property, including text, logos, graphics, images, and code, is owned or licensed by Pinnacle Peptide Labs.

7. Order Policy and All Sales Final
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are lawful in their jurisdiction. Pinnacle Peptide Labs is not responsible for customs delays, seizures, duties, or regulatory requirements in any country. We may cancel or deny orders at our discretion, including where misuse is suspected.

8. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion.
